Forrest Gump:
This story follows the life of a simple minded man and his accidental experiences with some of the most important people and events in America ranging from the 1950s all the way through the 1970s. They include an encounter with Elvis Presley, meeting the president numerous times, and fighting in Vietnam. While Forrest is too simple minded to realize any of his actions and walks through life without a worry. Forrest's only real thoughts are about his life-time love, Jenny, and to spend the rest of his life with her.
I would have to say this is my favorite movie of all-time and Tom Hanks best work ever.

Encino Man:
This movie is about two High School Seniors who find a cave man (Brendan Fraser) and sign him up for High School and Dave (Sean Astin) thinks is there break for popularity. Even though Link (Fraser) is instantly popular and Dave and Stoney are still losers. All ends well though.
If you haven't seen this movie, and I can't believe how many people haven't seen it, then you should go see it! I could watch this movie over and over and thats why its one of my favorite movies of all-time.

Saving Private Ryan:
After three of four brothers are found to be KIA (Killed in Action), the U.S. Army sends a unit of U.S. Rangers to find the 4th brother and to send him home.
This movie is one of the best, if not the best, WWII movies ever. This is one of my favorite movies of all-time and think its also one of the best movies of all-time.

Rock Star:
Chris Cole (Mark Wahlberg) is a member of a Tribute Band to Steel Dragon and worships the lead singer Bobby Bears. Chris soon is kicked out of the band and is devastated. Chris soon gets a call from Kirk Cuddy, one of the members of Steel Dragon and wants him to come out and audition for the band to replace his long time idol Bobby Bears. Chris soon lands the spot and starts living the life of sex, drugs, and rock n' roll.
This is probably my favorite Mark Wahlberg movie and one of my favorite movies because the music in it is pretty sweet. Not many people have seen this movie, and I think thats strange because its a pretty cool movie. So if you haven't seen it you should go rent it and watch it!

Catch Me If You Can:
This is a true story about the life of Frank Abagnale Jr. (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his life of fraud all before the age of 18.
This is a great movie and whoever hasn't seen it should go see it as soon as possible. Sure its a true story and you could probably just go read a biography about him but this movie is much more entertaining and is one of my favorites.

The Green Mile:
This movie is about prison guards in the 1930s who encounter a prisoner thats much different than any other prisoner or person they have ever met. John Coffee, a large, black inmate who was convicted for murder and they think he may have not murdered anyone. This prison guards start bonding with the inmate and became close and develop feelings for him. Even though soon they must face the inevitable and put him to death.
This story is another one of Tom Hanks best work and anybody that hasn't seen this should go see it right now! Take my word, this is definetely a good movie and it might make you cry...but it's still a good movie so go see it RIGHT NOW!

Tears of the Sun:
U.S. Navy seal Lieutenant A.K. Waters (Bruce Willis) and his unit are on a mission to save a doctor (Monica Bellucci). She refuses to leave, and if she does she must bring 70 refuges with her. Lietenant A.K. Waters gets a stroke of consiousness and agrees to take them along and its now part of his mission to keep the refuges safe.
I just saw this movie and already think its one of my favorite movies ever. If you like war movies you should see this. It's a spectacular movie and would say it's Bruce Willis' best work yet.

Tombstone:
The famous story of "The Shooting at the O.K. Corral" and the events that lead up to it. Wyatt Earp (Kirk Russel) and his brothers, including Doc Holliday (Val Kilmer) settle down in Tombsonte, Arizona and turn to lawful ways. Not after long local cowboys start causing trouble and lead up to the shoot-out at the O.K. Corral.
Most people that I know have probably never even heard of this movie, and probably don't even know anything about the old west. This is a great movie and is one of the more historical events of the Old West.
This movie has been on Showtime lately, so if you see it, you should turn it on and watch it.

The Time Machine:
A 1930s scientist (Guy Pearce) creates a time machine in attempt to change past events in his life. He then realizes maybe he should go into the future to find the answer to why he can't change the past. He then travels 800,000 years into the future only to find that the whole world has evolved as well as life.
If you like Sci-Fi then you should enjoy this movie. This has been on HBO a lot lately and I have been watching it just about every time. It's a very good movie and think he should have won at least one or two awards. This is probably my favorite current Sci-Fi type of movie, and think whoever hasn't seen it should see it as well, I think you will like it.

XXX:
A thrill seeker is on his third strike and a U.S. Government official offers hims the choices of working for the government as a Spy, or go to prison. Xander Cage (Vin Diesel) soon starts on his first mission which is to investigate a Russian crime ring and there desire for the destruction of the world.
This is an action packed movie and pretty much everybody has seen it. It's probably Vin Diesels best movie, and I can't wait until XXX2 comes out.

Field of Dreams:
An Iowa farmer (Kevin Costner) hears a voice that tell him "if you build it, he will come." He assumes it means that if he builds a baseball field on his farm, Shoeless Joe Jackson will appear along with the other 7 1919 Chicago White Sox players banned from baseball. The voice keeps coming back to him and he soon understands the meaning of his field.
This is probably Kevin Costners 2nd best movie ever, and his best baseball movie ever. If you like baseball this is a great story and keeps you wanting more the entire movie. I'd say this is one of the great movies of all-time, and a real honor to baseball.

National Security:
Two L.A.P.D. rejects, Earl Montgomery (Martin Lawrence); who can't even get in the L.A.P.D, and Hank Rafferty (Steve Zahn); who just got kicked out, team up two find "what the problem is" in a smuggling operation.
I think this is Martin Lawrences best movie yet, It's definetely the funniest and I want to buy the DVD soon.

Purgatory:
An outlaw gang rides through a town known as Purgatory, which is actually a place between Heaven and Hell and which gives the people a second chance in life. These people aren't ordinary people though, most of which are ex-gunslingers themselves or some famous historic figure from the old west.
Sonny (Brad Rowe) starts recognizing the people and assuming they are ex-gunslingers. The people deny it but he ventures on until Blackjack's (Eric Roberts) gang gets ready to leave, but plans on causing some trouble before words by wreaking havic through the towns streets. The old western outlaws themselves have a choice to make, fight back, or let Blackjack have his way and hide from him.
This is only a TNT Movie, but this is still one of my favorite movies of all-time. I kinda like the old outlaws of the old west if you haven't noticed. TNT has produced some good movies but this is by far its best one ever. If you have never seen this one then your shit out of luck because they only play it maybe 4 times a year, so...too bad for you.

Frank and Jesse:
The story of Frank James and Jesse James and there gang of bad boys. This story consists of their bank robbing, to their train robbin, and then to some of their family life. Frank (Bill Paxton) and Jesse (Rob Lowe) were as you call them, gunslingers through the Civil War time, 1860s to about 1880 (no the war didn't last that long, thats just considered the Civil War time). This story takes you through there entire adventure until there death and downfalls of their gang.
This is another Western, what can I say, I like westerns. You should watch this movie, you probably won't like it if you don't like the old west but hey, watch it anyway.

American Outlaws:
The most true story of Jesse James and his gang of outlaws yet. This story doesn't miss any main points to why he and his gang did all the robberys that they did and is the best Jesse James movie yet.
I just recently saw this movie and it's already one of my favorite Westerns and movies of all-time. I think I'm about to get this DVD so I can watch it whenever thats how much I liked this movie.

Shawshank Redemption:
An innocent man, Andy Dufrane (Tim Robbins), is accused of murdering his wife. He is then sentenced to life in prison. He bonds with the prisoners and especially with Red (Morgan Freeman). Over the years they become good friends and Andy becomes quite the unconventional prisoner.
This is probably easily in My Top 5 Favorite movies of all-time. In my opinion, this is Stephen King's best written story ever. The movie too, directed by Frank Darabont (also directed King's other written-movie success, The Green Mile) is one of the best movies ever and I could watch this everyday for the rest of my life. If you have never seen this movie, than you have never seen a REAL movie at all, my advice would be to go rent this movie and go watch it, because this is truly a great masterpiece.

Gladiator:
A powerful Roman general, Maximus Decimus Meridias (Russel Crowe), is loved by the people and the aging emperor. The emperor leaves Maximus keeper of Rome. However, the Emperors power hungry son murders his father and attempts to execute Marcus Merdias. Marcus escapes and soon is picked up as a slave and soon fights as a gladiator to make a living and to stay alive.
This is probably my favorite Russel Crowe movie, and one of my favorite action movies ever. The action scenes in this are brilliant and this movie all together is a brilliant piece of work.

American Pie:
Four Seniors form a pact to lose their virginity before Senior Prom. That's pretty much all to describe of this movie.
This is a pretty funny movie and I thought I'd put it on here since I have been watching it like everytime it's been on FX. Everybody has seen this movie and know whats it's about so I'm not going to go on about  it anymore.

The Mask:
A bank clerk Stanley Ipkiss(Jim Carrey) finds a mask that releases his inner personality. After reaking havic and craziness through the city he soon saves many lives in a club including his love, a lounge singer (Cameron Diaz) from her ex-boyfriend and becomes a city hero.
This is a hella funny movie, and I could watch it everyday. Jim Carrey is awesome as always and think he's one of the funniest actors around.

Eight Men Out:
The story of the infamous 1919 Black Sox scandal, when eight players on the Chicago White Sox agreed to throw the World Series.
This is another baseball movie and is probably my 2nd favorite of them all. This is a great movie and whoever is into baseball history this is a great movie for you. This is one of the great baseball tragedies and marked a great moment in baseball.

Mr. Hollands Opus:
Richard Dreyfus stars as an aspiring composer who becomes a terrific music teacher in spite of himself. The story chronicles thirty years in the inspirational life of a man who, through his sheer love of music, leaves an unexpected, indelible mark on the lives of his students.
This is one of my favorite movies incorporated with music if not my favorite. This is a brilliant film and whoever hasn't seen it is missing out big time.

Waynes World:
Two long haired, head banging styled guys from Chicago who have there own public access show and are soon hired by a public tv show to do there show for a living.
Just the other day is when I first saw this movie for the first time in a long time, probably something like 5 years, and I forgot how awesome it was. Mike Myers and Dana Carvey are awesome in this movie and I could probably watch this movie everyday. It's just one of them kinda movies.
